Nourish and Glow Bites

Makes 16 bite-sized balls

Ingredients

1½ tbsp coconut oil

1½ tbsp maple syrup

1½ tbsp peanut butter

1½ tbsp tahini

1½ tbsp collagen powder

1½ tbsp creatine monohydrate

4 tbsp ground almonds

8 squares dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks


Method

Add all ingredients (except chocolate) to a bowl.

Mix until smooth and dough-like.

Fold through chopped chocolate.

Roll into 16 small balls.

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm.

Store in the fridge.

To be honest mine are usually eaten before I make them into balls! LOL!
