This dish is mostly vegetables and is delicious. Even meat lovers will like enjoy this one. It’s dairy free, gluten free and vegan. High in fibre, vitamin C, iron, potassium. Vege Scones
These are a great way to sneak vegetables in to your or your children’s diets. Containing vitamin A and D as well as calcuim, iron and potassium. My friends 2 year old, who has recently gone off all vegetables really seemed to really enjoy them (not even notice them) in these scones.
