These tasty little bites are the perfect blend of crunchy, sweet, and nutty. So easy to make and packed with healthy fats, fibre, and a hint of cinnamon, they’re a smart snack choice when you need something satisfying and sustaining. Ideal for lunchboxes, post-yoga fuel, or a mindful afternoon pick-me-up with a cup of tea.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup whole almonds

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond mix)

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • Pinch of mineral salt

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, gently melt the coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the maple syrup and coconut sugar until dissolved and slightly bubbling.

  3. Add the sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, LSA, cinnamon, oats, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Stir everything together until evenly coated and starting to stick as the mixture warms through (about 2–3 minutes).

  5. Remove from the heat and spoon into small patty pans or silicone moulds, pressing the mixture down firmly.

  6. Pop into the fridge for at least 20 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (if they last that long!).
