

Nourish and Glow Bites
Makes 16 bite-sized balls Ingredients 1½ tbsp coconut oil 1½ tbsp maple syrup 1½ tbsp peanut butter 1½ tbsp tahini 1½ tbsp collagen powder 1½ tbsp creatine monohydrate 4 tbsp ground almonds 8 squares dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks Method Add all ingredients (except chocolate) to a bowl.
